Thats all.

I'd say that, at the moment, the Windows 7 RC would run well on your system, probably fairly fast as well. To check to see if your system will run 7, download and run this: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=1B544E90-7659-4BD9-9E51-2497C146AF15&displaylang=en

Of course, the computer would also run most Linux distros as well, with the condition that the Window Manager is either GNOME or XFCE. The computer will definitely run XP and would probably run Mac OS X if it was legal to do so and you had all the right .kexts.
In the way of Linux distros, I recommend Mandriva with GNOME, because it is very good at recognizing wireless cards: http://www.mandriva.com/en/download/free

But really it's up to you to decide what to run, just always check the system requirements.
