how do i find out what the horizsync and vert refresh rate is of my moniter from this specifications?

usually set it 60hz
it can be found with the buttons on the front of the monitor.
also a setting is available here.
right click desktop >properties >settings tab >advance
also in the settings tab, choose a resolution where the little monitor on the window is the same shape as your screen. If you have a new widescreen, and the shape is not there, or the resolution is to big, then you need to update the video driver to get them.
