It's easy to operate Aiseesoft Video Converter to convert video files. It completed the task in simple steps as iSharesoft Video Converter did. I scored this software 4 stars because of the whole work with advantages also disadvantages.
Support almost all of common Input and Output Files except FLV
Aiseesoft claims this software supports all of the popular formats of videos. It seems that it indeed could convert most of video files, but when I try to convert a split of video in FLV format, it got stuck and never went further. That is the little defect of this software.
Multi Advanced Functions
Aiseesoft Video Converter also offers setting advanced functions for your convenience customizing your own video. You can set bit rate and frame rate, pre-set final video size, clip and merge videos, add effects during converting. Also, you can capture pictures during converting.
Medium peed of Converting and Save CPU
I tested Aiseesoft video converter operating system with 167 CHz CPU, this software took 63 minutes to convert a two-hours-long video.

- AVS Video Converter
AVS Video Converter has clear buttons and manu labeled on interface. The biggest difference from other softwares is besides common converting functions, it also serves as a DVD ripper. Of course, more functions, more money. It's the most expensive among these video converters. The converting task to AVI seems works not good as others. I would like give 3.5 stars for this program, the following is the details.
Convert DVD with exception of not supporting AVI.
AVS could convert the most files than others. It allows you convert your DVD to any formats you want. That is the point other converters don't have. I run it smoothly on my XP system until I convert my DVD to AVI. It thrashed my hard-drive for half hour and I have to kill the process. Same to AVI problem, the MKV conversion works nothing. I tried this function, same to avi, my computer freezed.
Simple Advanced Functions
AVS Video Converter supplies the least advance functions among three converters. It allows you trim video and audio, add snow effect for you video without adding subtitle and creating watermark.
Fast speed of Converting but high CPU Usage
I tested an 2 hours long wmv video to mp4, it works flawlessly and takes 58 minute to finish conversion. But when I try a 6GB MOV video to AVI, my processor usage jumped right up to 100% and stayed there for the duration of the process.
