What are the video cards compatible with the ICH5 chipset/865GM-L motherboard. Will a HD 3650 AGP work?
The Sapphire HD 3850 AGP 8X video card wouldn't work on my old pentium 4 pin 478 operating system. I have a 865GM-L motherboard and it contains a ICH5 chipset. Please help, what are the modern video cards available for this? Will a 3650 work?
The HD3850 AGP should work on your 865GM-L motherboard. It's an AGP 8x card and the 865GM-L has an AGP 8x slot. Perhaps you have to specify in BIOS to use the AGP card instead of the on-board video.
