PC Experts only - System Crash due to PCI USB card?

I am running Windows XP, home edition. I installed a USB 2.0 PCI Card from ADS Tech onto the motherboard, and now randomly, sometimes my system will crash, and I will get the "blue screen of death" a picture of which is in the link above. Sometimes the system will just freeze into lockup, and I have to hit the main power switch to reset the system. Note that either of these system crashes happen only when I am playing a video on YouTube. Also, this is my 2nd USB 2.0 PCI card. The first one was similar but from a different manufacturer, but the behavior after installing it was exactly the same. Since removing the card, I have not had a crash. Is there anything I can do that would allow me to use the USB card without suffering from random system crashes?
It seems like XP is having issues with the drivers for these cards. I'd try downloading the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.
If that doesn't fix it then you really do have an IRQ problem that needs to be addressed. Unless you're an experienced tech I wouldn't go messing with your IRQ settings. It's best left to someone that is certain of what they're doing.
