My PC running Vista refuses to acknowlege that my motorola modem is connected. already tried obvious , help?
HP brand PC running Vista. Motorla Modem connected properly , replaced ethernet cable, called tech support, they say maybe it's network interface card.
Is the Ethernet cable just connected and not the USB too.
if the usb is connected too, then disconnect it, and you should stop getting the messages that pops up every time you boot up, and enter the desktop.
