Intel i series vs Amd phenom series?
Well I have looking for a new laptop, and I have narrowed it down to 2 laptops. Now the only
difference between the two is, One has a i5-460M Dual-Core Processor (2.53 GHz, 3MB L3 Cache)
with Turbo Boost up to 2.8GHz final price @ HP dv6t $849, and the other has a AMD Phenom II Dual-Core
Mobile Processor N660 (3.0GHz, 2MB L2 Cache) final price @ HP dv6z$799.
I don't have a experience with AMD, but I would like to know if I would be a major disadvantage going with AMD?
i5-460M is much better out of these two. It supports Hyperthreading and has better performance per clock than AMD N660
