canon pixma mp150 printing problem?

i`ve installed both new color and black canon ink cartidges and for some reason i have enormous differences between what i see on the screen and what my printer prints out .... looks like it doesen`t match the color intensity and all and i don`t know what the problem is ..... i have the printer for about 1 year now and was working fine till now (i allways use high cuality glosy photo paper and i adjust the printer before printing) ... ( i did the cleaning and deep cleaning procedure but that haven`t solved anything)
ps. i refilled a used color cartidge before this problem (i wasn`t satisffied with the results and i bought a new one but again for some reason i still have poor results evendough i set the color to auto and the quality to extra fine)
