4 million dollar house for sale?
ok i grew up in this house in Benicia CA that my Opa, Witold Klimeko built. It's literally on the water. 4 bedroom 2 master bathrrom 1 reg. bathroom glass walls leading to the bay. A round the house deck and hottub.Expensive marble countertops all built by one man. It's a very high class home because they're rich. It's just great; I childhood memory. Well unfortunately my Oma and my Opa divorced and the house had to be sold for 4 million. And I was just wondering; if years and years after buying the house I were to come back and offer you about 5 or 6 million dollars for the house. Would you sale it? I just want some hope.

Some 15 years ago, Madonna bought her house by seeing a huge house she loved, and then approaching the owners (it was NOT on the market), saying she wanted to buy it, and offered way more than what they'd get on the regular housing market.
They accepted it, and moved out.
