can some one help me out plz. You have to discuss about the fpur differnt RAMS: RDRAM, SRAM, DRAM, VRAM
No need to be that detailed. In 3d game engine performance, the most important quality of RAM is the speed. The quantity is only as important as how many programs you're gonna be running at once. A pc with 4gb of fast RAM will perform better than a pc with 16gb of slow RAM, unless you're running Windows and letting it reserve huge chunks of memory for running processes that almost never use it.
Run some benchmarks on your pc in a normal mode with a game running, to monitor the memory usage. If it never maxes out, you've probably got plenty of RAM already. If you upgrade it, get faster RAM, not more of it. If it's maxing out, get more.
