Dream: i pulled a stick out of my head?
I had a dream i was scratching my head, felt a little bump, and as i pulled on it, out came a 10 inch stiff like a straight wire, piece of hair. it looked like a piece of graphite from a pencil.
what the heck could that mean?
Wow. Trippy dream! Hard to say what that means. In dream interpretation, often we have to ask do we look at this dream psychologically, where everything in the dream is a symbol for something going on in your mind, or shamanically, where the dream may be a symbol message about real (not internal) things that are happening to you on a different level of reality. Shamans in many cultures pull thorns or things like that out of the bodies of people as a way of healing them from disease. They suck the illness out of the body of the patient into their mouth, and then spit it out in the form of a thorn or other sharp object and show it to the patient and say, "See, I got it out." So I would interpret this as a healing dream. Trying to unravel the symbol, sometimes your first hunch is the right one. Graphite from a pencil? Anxiety about taking a test? You tell me, it's your dream.
