Where would I find Server Technicians?
I am a recruiter at a Staffing Agency - and I'm pretty new. Knowing that Yahoo! Answers is a pretty valuable resource, I was hoping someone here could help me out in searching to fill a Server Technician position.
I'm looking for people with A+, Server+, OEM certifications, and Blade experience. I've posted a few ads and I've run database searches for resumes but have found few people with the experience I need (the certifications above plus 7 years minimum experience). We need them to work on servers such as DELL PowerEdge Rack Mount Servers and HP ProLiant Rack Mount and Blade Servers.
I am particularly looking for people in the Delaware area - so if anyone knows of any place these guys meet up online (such as organizations) in that area, it would be very helpful!
Or is there any good resource out there, where a lot of these people could see my ads?
I'm doing my research on this job, but I thought one of you might be able to help me too!

I would recommend showing your ad in the Delaware community on craigslist. I'm sure you'll find someone there who fits the bill.
