what is the best method for aging paper... i.e., making it look like medieval parchment???
it's best if you can give me printable resources, complete w/ pictures. It makes more sense that way.
This is what I did for my social studies project:
1. Take a piece of paper and brush it with earl grey tea or soy sauce. Make sure to brush it on only one side because if you dip both sides it will never dry.
2. Then blow dry it until it is dry.
3. Optional: if you want to make it look older you can burn the ends of the paper by holding the edge of the paper to a candle.
