Why won't my phone connect to the computer by USB when i'm using a USB cardbus card?
due to a failure in the usb ports of my computer, i have to use a usb cardbus (plugs into the card slot of my laptop). This is fine although, when trying to connect my phone to the computer, it didn't work. Everything else works fine.
Does anyone know why this is, and more importantly how to fix it?
you need to figure out how the port for the phone is set for you could be set to the wrong port from the install . I would recommend you install your phone software and carefully make sure the port you want to use is selected for the communication of your phone via usb/virtual port.
