Is there a way to maximize a window to a specific display with an Nvidia Quadro graphics card?
The card is a PNY made Nvidia Quadro video card with three monitors attached to it. They are set up to display the desktop across the whole thing (all three) so it's one big desktop. I know you can scale a window to whatever size you want, and it will remember those settings. But for things like power point and others, where you maximize a window and it stretches across the whole desktop, it really can mess with things. So my question is this.
Is there a way to tell certain windows to maximize on a certain display?

Yes!
When you are not working with the program that you have 3 monitors for, turn of the NView Desktop Manager. Windows will still span the desktop over the 3 monitors but behave differently.
While NView is disabled and you want a program to fill all 3 monitors, do not maximize it. Open it once in a window, then stretch it to fill all three monitors. I do this with Photoshop on my 3 monitor desktop and I never use NView anymore.
While you have NView disabled you can configure programs to maximize each on a different monitor.
To do this:
Open a program like PowerPoint once in a window say on monitor 2 and maximize; it will only fill monitor 2. Close it and the next time it is opened, while NView is disabled it will remember to open maximized in monitor 2.
You can still use NView if necessary, just don't open PowerPoint while it is enabled. This will cause PowerPoint to forget where and how you want it to behave when NView is off.
