Plastic Base
My city only recycles #1 or 2 plastic that has a narrow top & wider base (like bottles). Why just that?
Bigger question is why wouldn't they accept other #1 and 2 plastic? There are plenty of frozen entrees that are #1 or 2. What am I missing here?
its the hardware they use.
many areas only allow bottle-type plastic recycling because the recycling machine they uses grabs the bottle's necks... if they don't have that neck to grab, the machine can't process it.
