Need replacement for exercise bike cable?

Bought a reebok exercise bike which arrived with a cable cut at one end. Its a 7 pin uk data cable to the bike computer with a male and female end and 7 different coloured wires sticking it of each end into a white box thingy. Looks like the ends can take up to 14 pins. Does anyone know somewhere online I could get a replacement cable? I am still chasing the bike supplier and reebok for a replacement. I could return the bike to the supplier but their website says they dont accept returns without the original packaging and I didnt keep the packaging because I couldnt see the damaged end of the cable until it came out from inside the bike stem.

This is most likely something made specifically for the exercise bike, so you are unlikely to get a replacement other than from the manufacturer.

Speak to CAB and check your rights if necessary - the exercise bike is not fit for purpose. I don't think the supplier can refuse to take it back and refund your money. There is also Trading Standards that can help. You might have to be persistent, but that is an appreciable amount of money that you spent in good faith - the supplier must honour their part of the bargain or return your money.
