Linksys wrt300n connectivity problems?

Alright, here is my basic setup. The router is hooked up to an ADSL modem, with a desktop running XP connected to the router by a LAN cable. There is one laptop with XP, one desktop with Vista, and a Belkin Wi-Fi Skype phone connected via wireless.

Everything runs smoothly except for the laptop and the Skype phone, both of which are constantly disconnecting, and sometimes won't reconnect. The laptop is using a Linksys WPC54G pcmcia card. The Skype Phone doesn't seem to be able to make calls, even when it is connected. Suggestions please!
The router's "EasyLink Advisor" shows these two statuses, seemingly at random, and having no effect on anything. The Vista desktop always remains connected, and the desktop connected with the LAN cable always stays connected.

I'm not sure if I can help you but I'll tell you what I know.

you said that the 2 wired computers are always working fine that tells me that your router is working fine. normally when you say that only the wireless laptop isn't working I would question the laptop in this case the pcmcia card but the phone isn't working either

I would need to know if one wireless device stops working does the other also stop working

if both stop at the same time then I would have to guess that router is having problems

but if one is connected while the other is having problems then I think that each is have its own problems

I would try to test the wireless card on a different router

as for the phone I have read articals that those phones sometimes have problems with security settings try checking its security settings make sure its wep keys are right and look online to see what kind of problems others are having
and I would also try the phone on another router just to see if it is still your router.

basically what I'm say is do some troubleshooting try different things. that helps rule out what could be causing the problem
