I have two new PCI cards, do I install the software drivers first or install the PCI's first?
I have two new PCI cards (WinTV and an 802.11 b/g wireless card). Should I install the software drivers first or put the PCI's first one by one until windows detects that a new hardware is found?
Both PCI's came with a disc. So should I install the software first before the PCI?
It varies.
Some hardware devices install easiest (less problematic)one way & some the other.
When I get a new device fresh out of the box I rely on what the installation manual says.
