What's wrong with my hands?
The very center of both palms are very hot [rest of palm is cool] It's very painful, feels tight and very swollen. I can barley make a fist. It hurts through out the rest of my whole hand. If I touch my palms, or move my hand/fingers the pain radiates up to my elbows. It just started happening yesterday, and I haven't hurt/burnt/injured myself or hands at all.
I just noticed that I am also starting to get a rash on my arms, and it's quite itchy. It looks like welps. The only thing I can think of is fresh strawberries. I havn't ate them in years, and I just ate half a pound of them in the past two days.
And my aunt has Lupus.
Have a doctor take a look. I can't honestly say what it could be, but you would want to make sure that you are not suffering from any severe allergies, burns or auto-immune disease like Rheumatoid Arthritis or Lupus. By the way, just because the pain is in your hands, doesn't mean your hands are the problem. Damage to other parts of your body can be "referred" to your palms, so it could be a back problem or something else.
