Is there a certain amount of fans or anything I can put into my case?

Where could I put them all?
This is off point from your question, but I would not buy no-name fans, four for $5. Or even one for $5. I've seen these cheap fans fail, allowing PCs to overheat and die. I've also seen the fans fail and fill the PC with smoke. etc. It isn't worth it no matter how cheap the fan and no matter how pretty the glow.
If you're into case modding, buy fans from reputable specialty dealers like frozencpu.com or xoxide.com - they don't sell this sort of junk.
And yeah, there's no way to answer your question without knowing what case you have... but MOST cases are not going to have places to put four extra fans.
