Ok i am trying to run Team Fortress 2 and says u do not have pixel shader version 1.1

This is just a hunch from me, find out what kind of slots your mainboard has, PCI, or PCIE are usual slots for video cards, check if it either then buy a video card with that slot, (it will say on the back of the box what type of slot it is)
