help me tower problems?

ok i wanna build a tower i started alreadi i have a CPU Features:
• AMD Sempron 3000+ CPU
• Socket 754 (Socket T)
• 64Bit Processing
• FSB 800MHz Hyper Transport (1600MT/s)

MotherBoard Features:
• ECS GOAL3+ Motherboard
• Socket 754 Motherboard
• North Bridge SiS 761 GX Chipset

• 2 x 184pin DDR400 Memory Slots
• 1 x PCI Express x16
• 2 x PCI Slots
• 1 x CNR
• 2 x ATA 133 (Up to 4 Devices)
• 2 x Serial ATA Ports (SATA)
• 2 x PS/2 Ports, 1 x COM Port, 1 x LPT Port
• 4 x USB 2.0 Ports
• Micro ATX Form Factor
• Dimensions 9.6" x 8.0"

what else do i need

Well, you didn't mention these so here goes...
RAM (184 pin ) at least 1.0 and a 2.0 gb chip.. or two 2.0 gb chips
Power supply, at least a 650 watt 80% certified
Cableing.. which should come with power supply and mother board
Tower fans or atleast a single 120 mm fan on tower
CPU cooler
Hard drive.. 320 to 500 GB will give plenty of storage
dvd/cd-rom/blu-ray burner drive... which ever you want to use
and there are several little odds and ends, but I would recomend going to a full ATX motherboard and at least a mid tower for more internal room for expansion later.
The advantages of the ATX versus the mini-ATX are well worth the extra money.. plus the additional PCI express slots will give you many more options when you want to upgrade your graphics later on.
