How do I hide this icon on my laptop screen?
I've recently done a factory reset of my VAIO and now there is a small grey icon depicting five things:
wwan
wlan
bluetooth
lan, and
modem
Each of which has a small grey box above it, which goes green when that particular service is active/
How can I hide this little irritant? There is no X in the top right which I can click and, worst still, it always remains on top of whatever I am looking at on screen.
Open the Task Manager, go to Processes. Look in the Description column and end any process you think might be the problem. Only end processes that are running on your user name, not on SYSTEM, LOCAL, or NETWORK.
