How do I convert a windows movie maker file into an avi or mpeg?
I tried using Total Video Converter but it doesnt read the video. Is there any other way?
a windows movie maker file is a collection of data and links to outside files used in the production of a movie. You must render/export the movie within movie maker in order to use the file as a standalone movie file. If you export the project you will have the options to save as AVI, MPEG, or whatever codecs you have installed on your system.
