Track Question (about spikes)?
Okay first off i live in washington state just in case anyone is familiar with the rules here in washington..
okay so i have my spikes and both of them came with the omni lite Christmas tree spikes to put in the bottom, i was just wondering if they are illegal during any track meets or certain ones or if it just depends on the type of surfacing of the track. i really dont want to switch to the pyramid spikes because i know it will dig into the track and stay there, thus making me slower/and making me work harder to drive my knees upward...
so if you know the answer it would be greatly appreciated!
Christmas trees are banned for the most part in New York too. I have always used pyramids on the track they aren't bad but i cant compare them to the trees never used them
