Computer will turn on but monitor recives no signal,,, Fan on heatsink turns on and off?

Hi yesterday i turned on my computer and it turns on... but no picture on the monitor, the hardrive lights are flashing my disk drive will open, my fans will spin and my Cpu fan is working ( but speeding up the slowing right down) so i try a diffrent monitor same problem.. i remove my graphics card and use my onboard one... still dosnt work Why isnt it working?? is my mother board fried or is my computer not getting enouf power????

Try resetting CMOS. There should be a jumper on your motherboard to do it. It's usually located close to the battery. View instructions for your motherboard make/model for proper instruction.

Also, do you hear any beeps when you first power your system on? If so head to the link in the sources and compare what you are hearing to the codes they have listed. This will be BIOS specific so you may need to know the maker of your BIOS.
