Does anyone know what kind of connectors these are called? They are the
connector that is at the end of the LCD ribbon cable on a Dell
notebook, and plug into the motherboard. They appear to have 40-44
pins. I'm looking for a female to female adapter for this kind of
connector if such an item exists:

If you don't know, do you have a suggestion of how I can find out? I
can't seem to find this connector anywhere. These are the same
connectors used in HP / Compaq notebooks as well.

Lastly, I think a company called Foxconn might make them, but I've been unable to get anyone at that company to assist me.
