Should I get the Pentax K200d or K-x?

I don't care about live view(I prefer view finder), or video(why would I need this?). I like the top lcd, and the raw button. The biggest thing is weather sealing. I want to take this camera everywhere, so I can't be stopped by a small storm or a dusty day.

Since you "can't be stopped by a small storm or a dusty day", I'd suggest the K200D, along with the new weathersealed 18-55 "WR" (Weather Resistant) lens:

The K200D is weathersealed, and the K-x is not. The K200D is still the smallest, lightest thoroughly weathersealed DSLR ever made.

The main advantages of the K-x over the K200D are that it's smaller, lighter, can shoot at higher ISO with good results, and has a higher frame rate (more frames per second). But none of that will matter if it stops working because water got inside or too much dust got inside.

The K-x is a great camera too, and if you had said that small size and weight, and shooting in dim light, was most important, and that you didn't mind leaving it inside when it's rainy or dusty, then I would have suggested the K-x.

Regarding the raw button, I suggest always shooting raw, because you never know when some casual snapshot will turn out to be a favorite, and raw gives you so much more leeway in correcting errors such as under or over exposure. If you always shoot raw, there's no need for a raw button.
