laptop to tv connection?
well i have a dell lattitude D610 and i want a cable to connect from my laptop to my tv also my tv is not a flatscreen nor a lcd tv its a normal tv Thanks.
like is there anyone that has like the red,white and yellow cables to connect to my tv then there other side to my laptop
Short answer: it all depends on your TV.
You need to connect video and audio to you TV. Audio part is easy, buy a mini-stereo to RCA (composite) cable. Plug the mini-stereo end to your laptop, and plug the RCA end to your TV
Video is a bit tricky
1. If your TV accepts S-Video
According to specs on Dell's website. Your D160 has a S-video out. So all you need is to buy S-Video cable to connect them.
2. If your TV has only RCA input (like what you described, the yellow part of the yellow-red-white connector).
Then you need to buy a S-Video to RCA cable.
Now you can pipe both video and audio to your TV!
Note: take look look of the connectors, and make sure you buy the right cable. Pay attention to the cable end, make sure you have the right male or female end.
