what channel is S-Video?
I've bought an S-video cable to connect my sony vaio lapotp to the tv ( hitachi Lcd rear projection).
i've tried channels av1,2,3,4,5 nothing is coming up.
am i doing something wrong? thanks

set the TV to VIDEO! it would not be on any channel, and ESPECIALLY NOT 1, 2, or 5.
The coaxial hookup would be on channel 3 or 4, depending on what you have the device set to... NOT the S-VIDEO.
