how to re-attach this laptop key (pics if it helps)?
ok my laptops a dell latitude d610
the key was kinda jammed cos of something under it so i took it off, the hinge came off stuck to the key instead of staying on the laptop where it normally does, and the hinge broke when i tried to reattach the key, i managed to reattach it and the key works but its really loose and you have to press it 3 times to get it to work.

Ah, this has happened to me before and it's really annoying trying to get the key back on!
You should try following these steps http://www.fonerbooks.com/laptop15.htm to get it back on again.
It's key (haha... :/) that if you separate the two white bits of plastic that you reattach them the right way up, as I've spent about two hours before trying to get one back on when the problem was that a bit of it was just upside down.
Sorry I can't be of more use. It's a really fiddly job but once it's on properly you can't tell that it ever came off. If you do snap any of the key then you can get them for about $2 on eBay.
