Whats a better choice for gaming video cards?
Building a pc and I have a SLI board so I can always add but should I go with this card right now and add another later or just get two cheaper ones?
XFX PVT98UZHBU GeForce 9800 GX2 1GB 512-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
or two cheaper 8800's, note i can add another from above later in the year ^^
Two 8800GTs would be a little slower than the 9800GX2, while two 8800GTS with the G92 core would be about the same, maybe a touch faster. Use that information and compare with prices, if the two 8800GTs would be a lot cheaper total, go with them, if the two 8800GTS would be the same or cheaper, go with them, else go with the 9800GX2.
