I don't see any real quality difference between the two clips. You footage is set to a 3 X 4 aspect ratio but the video looks as good to me as the other clip. I have a full 1080P monitor and expanded the video to almost full screen size. Your capture card doesn't seem to be the problem. Check your settings and see where you might be able to set your screen size to a 9 X 16 aspect ratio.
