my gateway nv5302u power button is not working?
like the thing above says the power button is not working on my laptop. the light turns on when i plug in the charger but nothing happens when i hit the power button
my charger works fine it just the button

Your charger unfortunately no longer works. I would suggest you purchase a replacement for your laptop since the charger is the only thing that provides power directly from the power source (your outlet) to your laptop. If there is no power, the laptop won't turn on and since the only connection between the power and the laptop is the charger, the charger is damaged. I would personally recommend you visit Topmic.
