How do you take out the fan for the compaq presario 5000?
I am trying to take out the fan out but cant get it any advice?
Taking the fan out of a laptop is an arduous 1-5 hour process depending on your skill level.
In no specific order (because every laptop is screwed together differently):
You would need to detach your screen from the keyboard half
Remove your keyboard
Remove your harddrive
Remove your RAM
Split open the laptop and hopefully be able to get the motherboard out without snapping anything
