My Final Cut Express Serial # isn't being accepted?
I have the packaging right in front of me. When I open the application I installed on my hard drive, it pops up a dialogue box asking for my name and serial number. I look at the packaging to find the serial number, and type it in. I've double checked to make sure there were no typos, I've tried with and without the dashes that are included in the packaging... it just says "Invalid Number."
What's the deal?
hi, where you put your name in make sure it is the name that your computer knows you by,in other words your login name, also in the serial number place dont confuse zero with the letter O and double check for typos, i mean REALLY check--cheers--
