Is this computer good ?
Im building my own computer, here is the specifications, please give me some opinions or comments ty =)
CPU = Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
Motherboard = Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR (P45+ICH10R)
Video Card = Gigabyte GV-N98TOC-512I
RAM = Kingston DDR2-800 2G*2 (4-4-4-12, 2.0v) CL 4
DVD = LG GH22NS40 22X SATA DVD
Hard Disk = WD Caviar Black 640GB 7200 RPM SATA-II (32MB)
PSU = Enhance E80 ENP-5150GH 500W 80Plus
Question : RAM's CL number the higher is better ? or lower ?

To Marc: Im going to use Windows XP, and in the future maybe Windows 7. And i forgot to write the RAM is 4GB (2GB*2).
What good brand PSU should i get ? Enhance is pretty good isnt ?
Everything should produce a powerful computer. But the only concern is what operating system are you going to use? I mean, all of the components are high-end but will be nothing when you install a big operating system such as Vista. Windows XP is okay but has less support in the Quad Core and might cause problems. XP has only Dual Core and Core Duo series that are optimized for it. Vista however can be handled by Quad Core, Dual Core, Core 2 Duo, etc. but may degrade the expected performance. I suggest upgrading the RAM to 4GB for development purposes. The rest should be fine.
Windows Vista is faster than XP but if you download too many bloatware or drivers from 3rd party sources, you'll eventually slow down the system. I guarantee that Vista will be twice as fast on your rig if you know what to do. The computer Microsoft used to demo Vista has a mere configuration similiar to yours.
