Please tell me which one of these computers is better for $498?Compaq PresarioEverex IMPACTeMachines?

Everex IMPACT GA3400 Desktop 17" LCD w/ AMD Athlon 64 3400+2.2GHz Processor
eMachines 15.4" LCD Desktop PC w/ 3.2 GHz Intel Celeron D Processor 352, W3507
Anything is better then an Emachine running with a Celeron processor. After eliminating that one I'd go with the Compaq Presario first and then the Everex(though I've never heard of this brand name.) The Compaq has the fastest processor and I've had very good experiences with the Athlon 64 3800+ chip
