Would it make sense to buy a dvr player instead of using Satelite/TV dvr and just use a regular one from them?
I I understand correctly, you are actually paying for the dvr from them in some way or other and they do offer just the regular ones too. Just curious.
Actually you are renting from the satellite co. If it breaks, you get another one.
If you want HD programming, get the dvr for Hd or you will have to pay again to upgrade.
