Dual Monitors
On dual monitors can i set a default screen for programs?
I have dual monitors and i want my games to load in my widescreen but they load by default on my other one b/c it is the main one i guess. and i can't drag them over. Is there a way i can set it to load on screen 2 because i don't want to change teh default monitor?
Set the main one to the widescreen, just open control panel -> Display and then go to the setting tab, right click the widescreen and set as default. then after drag all your icons and the windows start menu back to the monitor in which you want them. Programs like internet explorer will remember which monitor screen and position it was last in use and default open there, while games and other full screen applications will open by default on the widescreen. I'm sure there is probably a way to modify the different programs with regedit or such to make them open where you want, but it's just too much work.
