Will my power supply be sufficient to upgrade an agp 3600hd 512mb gddr3 graphics card?

Looking to upgrade graphics card, hoping it will make up for the weak processing power when gaming.
Your P4 and its voltage regulator circuit on motherboard could draw up to ~115W or almost 10 amps on +12V rail. ATI HD 3650 AGP draws less than 50W or almost 4 amps on +12V rail. Fans and motor drives on HDD could draw <1.5 amps also on +12V rail.
Your proposed upgrade would be able to run the HD 3650.
I was able to run satisfactorily a card of similar wattage but w/ a Core2 Duo of lower wattage on a PSU w/ the +12V rail rated at only 16 amps.
