Why does my new Dell UltraSharp 22" Flat Panel hurt my eyes?
Have been using a Dell UltraSharp 2208WFP for a day and a half and I have noticed that my vision is hazey when i stop using it. I was told that it was a bright monitor and have turned the brightness down low but it still affects my eyes? Any ideas why this is and how I can prevent it? Any colour/contrast/brightness setting suggestions wouldbe useful.
You didnt say but is this your first LCD monitor? when i got my 24" Ultrasharp it bothered my eyes for a few days, after that i was ok again. I have no idea why but it was like my eyes had to get used to it.
I had a CRT monitor before getting the Ultrasharp
