Nearly every three out of five homes in America have computers and for those who don’t have one, do have access to a computer in school, office or library. Dell computers can be found in any electronic store which sells computers. Dell computers are sold on line as well and it can be easily ordered.
The Dell computer corporation has its headquarters in Round Rock, Texas. The Fortune magazine says that Dell Company is known as America’s “most admired company”.
Dell laptops are known for their reliability. The company in particular is known for its customer service. Even though Dell computers have higher retail value, the price is worth it.
The Dell computer company is the choice of many consumers. The reason is that the company has many products for both home and office use. Dell manufactures laptops, desktop computers, printers, printer ink cartridges, and other electronic accessories. This company has made purchasing computers at an affordable price quite easy. The company offers zero shipping costs and it has reduced its price on laptops like Dell Inspiron and on some Dell printers.The most important feature of the company is that the costs of its products are very low compared to other brands. Even though the cost is less the features remain the same.
A Dell customer, A. Russkikh on July 31, 2005 commented that the Dell laptop was an excellent machine to have which worked efficiently and was light enough to carry with convenience. His statement about his experience was that “I use the same laptop at work, it is very fast and works great for just about anything, the floppy is swappable with the cd-drive, and the laptop is not heavy and pretty slim. I think for the money this is the best laptop available. Internet just flies on it and I play a lot of online games on it and it works flawlessly”.
Another customer of Dell, Desert-man from Salt Lake City, says that he was very pleased with the services of the company. He had a minor problem with his Inspirion 530 model the moment he purchased it. Even when he tried to shut down the system it kept on rebooting. He called the dell support online and after 30 minutes the company obliged to replace the motherboard and the power supply. He says that “I have never waited more than 20 seconds for a tech to help me with any questions and/or problems I have had using their "Dell Connect" feature”.
Pablo Zed says about Dell Inspiron 1520/1521 that the price of this computer is so low that it is amazing. He also adds that Dell has yet again proved that it can deliver computers at very affordable prices. He says that “I was impressed with the 1420 and I am yet again impressed with the Dell Inspiron 1520/1521.”
