epson stylus r360 printer. please help. ?
my printer has all 6 ink cartridges and they are new but it keeps saying press the ok button to replace the cartridges as i press the ok button it tells me after replacing ink cartridges, close the printer cover then press ok to continue as i take each one out one b one and put it back i press ok again and it tells me to do the same hing over and over nd over............ please help i need a c.v printed within the night.
Try a printer "reset". Here's how:
• Remove ALL cartridges • Turn off printer • Unplug the printer from the power source for a full 5 minutes • Reverse steps. Plug back in, turn on printer and install all cartridges
