Why does my Sony DSC-W55 camera say battery not compatible?
This camera worked fine before, and It is charged and turns the camera on and even lets me take a picture then says not compatible battery and then shuts off, obviously if it turns the camera on and allows a picture to be taken its compatible right? Like I said it worked before and just started doing this, whats the deal?
Call Sony and discuss this with them. From time to time there have been recalls on some Li-ion batteries and they will be able to troubleshoot this problem for you.
