Will this Computer power supply work?
I would like to know if this power supply will work for the time being, i cant quite afford it right know so will it run, what will i notice, and what should i upgrade to when i can, keep in mind i will upgrade graphics card later on year 2011

If you need the computer to run games, you can't compromise on the video card. The 9500GT is too slow.
If you need to stick to a firm budget, then you're gonna have to spend less on the CPU, and use the stock heatsink/fan (which isn't that bad), so you can spend more on the video card and power supply.
On a gaming computer, the video card is your top priority, and, if you want the computer run reliably, you want a power supply that's strong enough to support it. Let the CPU be the thing you upgrade later.
