Card Support Vista

Can I add a 3rd monitor using the built in video card on my motherboard and another video card in Vista?
I have an ATI video card that has a standard video port and a DVI port. I have two monitors plugged into it to use a dual monitors. I happen to now have a spare flat screen monitor and was wondering if I could plug it in to the video port on my motherboard (which is currently not being used) and then have a 3rd monitor up in running. Can Vista support a 3rd monitor?
The motherboard's onboard video port is usually disabled if you have an add-on video card inserted into an expansion slot. I don't think that will work.
No harm in trying though, so give it a shot and see what happens.
