How can the New York Bar hide the essay raw scores and all the MBE scores without discrimination?

In fact, for the last two years, the New York State Board of Law Examiners has gone from transparency to opacity. They stopped disclosing the essay and MPT raw scores as well as the Multistate Bar Exam raw and scale scores. To avoid openness, it has protected itself against aggrieved candidates by a "NO REVIEW, NO APPEAL" Rule! How does this lack of transparency protect candidates against discrimination and favoritism - especially in an exam that is taken by out of staters and candidates from abroad? Where are the Federal and New York Freedom of Information laws to enable victims of this dark process to see what is happening with the exam from which the Board makes a ton of money two times a year? Should the Federal government not intervene to protect out of state candidates against Due Process and Equal Protection violation?

But that IS the due process, and it applies to all candidates.
