Why is it I can run faster in the cooler weather, but get an iron/blood taste in the back of my throat?
Now that the weather has cooled, I find my mile times are much better ... but, as happens in the spring, I get a taste like blood/iron in the back of my throat if I'm really trucking.
you don't have a runner body from what you have said , you have a muscular body
there is an optimal Temperature for muscles to work at , so presumably it stops you from over heating. There are number of Marathon runners who are known as cool or warm runners
well it would be blood from where? who knows
